Hi Monika, My suggestion is that you try to arrive on campus at least an hour before the event (more is better), log in to Wikipedia, and do a test of your ACC permission. If you encounter some kind of problem, a place to get live help for that kind of situation is in the #wikipedia-en-help channel on IRC, or email Pharos and James off-list.
Depending on whether there are any blocks that affect the university campus, you may need the assistance of an ENWP administrator (like Pharos or James) or a checkuser. Checkusers are more difficult to find than administrators, so I'd recommend allowing yourself at least an hour in case it takes that long to find a checkuser to review a request for IPBE.
