Well, voting for or against won't change anything. Look at the past discussions section of the beginning of the page. Such discussion has been raised a few times in the past and closed with opposition winning. They will win again this time, even if done a 10th time.
The only way to overturn such a decision is to prove with authentic facts. Facts are hard to dispute. And that is what the wikipedian in residence project in Ashesi, ( if successful ) will prove, from the African's perspective. However, I will like to add that, enabling paid editing globally on wikipedia can be catastrophic. Likewise, banning it totally means inhibiting contributions from some parts of the world. Let's use facts to prove. I'm not signing on that page as it was, and will be waste of time. Please proofread, those whom I shared the file on Google drive with.
