My phrase was לשון הרע, which is a legal term in Israel, originating in Jewish religious law[1], roughly equivalent to defamation or the Roman law 'calumnia', and I was advocating _avoiding_ that if anyone chooses to discuss this person (from the Hebrew Wikipedia's past) with the press.
