Two possibilities: (a) An opt-in registry somewhere, where those of us who don't mind having our public comments repeated in a different public venue can clearly assert that, as well as a blanket license for what we publish on Wikipedia Weekly; (b) Software (I don't remember the name, but Erik know it) that makes self-archiving of stuff like this easy.
