Like Lane, I also could saw the content security error, anyway... I looked at the Meta-Wiki translate page to understand the template.
I completely agree that Wikimedians, specially WikiMed team and volunteers are doing excellent work on Wikipedia and other projects. Other than (English Wikipedia), I personally really liked the Wikidata WikiProject ( https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_COVID-19), and especially the Wikivoyage article ( https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/2019%E2%80%932020_coronavirus_pandemic) About the banner (I am reading from the Meta-Wiki page) " Wikipedia will remain online and available for anyone who needs a trusted source of unbiased information." and " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019%E2%80%9320_coronavirus_pandemic >> Add a full link to the Wikipedia article in the respective language to the translation." -- Perhaps it is also good to note the Wikipedia Medical Disclaimer ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Medical_disclaimer) which says: " Wikipedia contains articles on many medical topics; however, *no warranty* is made that any of the articles are accurate..." or General disclaimers ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:General_disclaimer). The possibility remains that in some languages information are not up-to-date, or fully accurate. Again it is really good to see extra-ordinary effort by Wikimedians who are working in this area on different Wikimedia projects.
