представить Россию на международной конференции "Викимедиа и Образование"

С Тимерханом с осени 2017-го года преимущественно говорим и переписываемся на 
английском, да и время подготовиться есть - т.ч. справится + к весенней сессии 
2019 года с новыми идеями приступят.

Thanks for the introduction. Did he apply for the conference already? There are 
travel scholarships available through the program committee. I suggest he fill 
out the registration form:

 and on the question that says, "what are your plans for the Conference?" to 
mention that Sailesh and Nichole have asked him to be a speaker on the panel 
about mother language education. The conference organizers will help with the 
visa letter.
