Not much, actually. Remaining t-shirts have already been sent to a warehouse to sell through the store. We may reprint. Stickers aren't something we've made ourselves, only had lots from other orgs that we give out.
Also, I did some better research and found our birthday is officially based on the launch of freeculture.org which is April, not the first meeting of Swathmore Coalition for a Digital Commons in September.
