I'm not the secretary, so if I'm wrong I'm happy to be corrected, but my understanding is that
1. We had meetings on 20 Dec, 17 Jan and 30 Jan (the meeting was immediately before the retreat and cleared the business items). The committee hasn't yet ratified the 30 Jan minutes. 2. That particular page (and anything in that part of the wiki in fact) is an official page of Wikimedia Australia and the secretary has responsibility for it, so it shouldn't be modified by anyone else, as it's a formal communication from the appropriate officer to the membership.
