I'd add that anyone with an Australian postal address can access a pretty wide range of resources (including JSTOR and various Oxford databases) through the National Library of Australia's website: http://www.nla.gov.au/app/eresources/ That said, I gained a Questia account through the Wikipedia Library, and it's an excellent resource.
