Se for pra dar preferência a conversa por voz. sugiro vocês terem como plano B o google hangout. Até a WMF está considerando a mudança, já que às vezes a gente cai no Webex (cada vez mais). às vezes funciona bem. Mas nem sempre. A vantagem do Webex é que dá pra participar por telefone 0800, enquanto o hangout, só com conexão razoável.
