It depends. At present there are no newspaper in Rumantsch (or not so widespread) and the TV is connected with RTSI.
The problem is the same. The speaking must be Rumantsch Grischun (official language for TV or newspaper) but it's difficult to find a person who knows it. Generallay persons know dialects.
