hi, I spoke to the GM, Western Railway for whom User:AroundtheGlobe provided me the number and spoke to him. He said he'd need a proper proposal before he could comment on the possibility of giving us permission. He also said that the request was strange and that he'd have to consult the legal department. But, he's willing to do that only after we submit a proposal for this project.
