Hi All: A quick update on this - it appears to be a little complex for the Chapter for multiple reasons:
1. Importance : How important is this to Indian Wikimedians? Is it a real and serious problem faced? Or is it something that is nice to have but not essential? Could we do better work if we had one? 2. WMF-WMIN : Essentially, we will have to check with the WMF if this is something they are okay with us funding/building (seeing as how the grant money, for now, comes from them and that we use their trademark in our registered name). 3. Partners : Assuming we do find someone to partner, how do we support them and mitigate liability on both side. Thank you.
