And with all respect to Vincent Vikram, the logic what you are saying would also mean that Ms. Jayalalithaa can continue as Tamil Nadu CM irrespective of her ceasing to be an MLA....!!! The Analogy may not necessarily be an apple to apple comparison, however essentially it is the same. It is straight and simple logic that a non-member of an organisation cannot continue to hold a representative or administrative position in that organisation. No bye-laws would allow that, and it is not acceptable as well, in any angle you look at it.
