The whole planning seems to be half cooked, e.g. on the conference homepage it reads:
Venue & City: We're currently searching, let us know know if you have any good options; economical (free; library preferred), safe, well connected, easy of connecting with local library/librarian community. And are we closing applications today? Should we not have a confirmed venue to begin with? Day before yesterday when I checked the page, even dates weren't confirm and there were couple of options projected there.
