Alex, We have WMF Board Members, WMF Staff & Nominees on this list. So we have 2 options:
1) I can temporarily remove these people from our mailing list, and add them back later on. 2) Have this discussion off-list, with discussions being sent over batch emails to interested chapter members. I'd personally go for Option 2, since even if I remove members from this list, the discussion archives are still publicly available and therefore easily accessible. What do others think? Abbas. We had a good quorum of around 10 guys but unfortunately, unforeseen events at Mugo's place (the venue) left us without a venue. We tried looking for alternatives but didn't get a workable one so we had to abort it. It was decided that we move the editathone to 30th but later on suggestions of just having someone work on the list came up considering the number of times we've had to postpone this. I'll have a new thread for a followup. So back to WMF chapter selected seats. We hoped to have a light discussion yestrerday during the editathon which never happened. We have till 5th of May for consensus by chapters for these seats after which chapters will have to vote incase a consensus isn't arrived at.
