You could move the previous theme to a new page (moving it is probably easiest, under the ‘more’ tab to the right of ‘view history’ – perhaps to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Connecting_knowledge_to_power:_the_future_of_digital_democracy_in_the_UK/SUBTITLE-HERE) but don’t create a redirect. Then just create a new page at the current URL for the new work, ideally with a link to the subpage….or something like that.
