The Wiki is far less demanding in this respect than the world in general. Do 
you think US media overruns the planet because it's *good*?

What is the *real problem* here? Is it that a web site has a policy that 
favours material on the web? Or is it that there are still people in the world 
who don't have easy access to the web?

It's a problem, surely, just the Wiki's.
