Follow-up r104345. Make freenode.net links protocol relative again. Also dropped the trailing slash on a couple of languages. Using www.freenode.net doesn't hit the warning about using *.freenode.net (on http, www.freenode.net will redirect dropping the www.) Comment: When I go to https://www.freenode.net, I get a huge-ass warning telling me the site may be unsafe (both in Firefox and Chrome), and I have to make an exception to enter it. That's why I removed the protocol-relative links in the first place.
