Follow-up r104345. Make freenode.net links protocol relative again. Also dropped the trailing slash on a couple of languages. Using www.freenode.net doesn't hit the warning about using *.freenode.net (on http, www.freenode.net will redirect dropping the www.) Comment: Yes, good point. The rule should be something like "for external sites, use https links if they work properly; if not, use http (never use protocol-relative)".
