If that extra data is going in every reply, multiply its size by our replies per day count, won't you? I don't know what that number is, but I'm quite certain it's substantial. *Every single byte* that goes in a place where it will be included in every reply directly affects our 95%ile data transfer, I should think, and thus our budget.
