Yeah, the problem is that currently there really isn't a good landing page. :(
Either that or we might want to put Vector as a submodule?
Personally I wouldn't mind that, but git doesn't exactly make working with submodules easy, and in 90% of cases it's probably simpler not to use them. We should probably have a bigger discussion if we ever want to do that.
PS. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Skin:Vector needs an update.
