I just want to add (I swear I'm done now) that I think that is the right
approach, generally: Constant assessment by/from WMF "management" on
what to prioritize/staff based on input from all sources (comm wishlist,
devsummit, archcom, etc). In reality, it's the only thing that makes
sense ("Listen to all input, discuss options, decide.").
