My config.xml has an entry for:
<IdleTimeout>6000</IdleTimeout>

Maybe that is what you are looking for?

I believe you can also create /etc/modprobe.d/i2400m.conf containing:
  options i2400m idle_mode_disabled=1
to disable idle mode entirely...
