Afternoon all,
This might seem a bit of a stupid question..... Hopefully someone can give me an easy answer.
I have the need to create a video file (.mpg) from scratch. All I need is for it to be a static image with some music playing over the top.
I have software that enabled me to edit _existing_ video clips but I'm not clear on how to create one from nothing.
I'm probably missing something terribly simple, but perhaps someone can give me a nudge in the right direction.
