so why not a bmp or jpg, then make a slideshow with 1 of the many apps out there? If it's as an intro, you could always rip 1 frame from an existing mpg
The overall reason is that the software I use to create DVD's will allow you to add a videoclip to use as the backdrop of the DVD menus. I want to create a menu with some background music.
I thought that if I were to create a videoclip consisting of a single static image with the music playing over it then I could use this file as the DVD menu background.
