Al,

The concept is good but the not sure it is practical. if people are 
confused now wait till they see each party has multiple candidates 
on the ballet. Would voting for one candidate or less than the 
maximum be considered a spoiled ballet? 

Just to see how things worked I signed up for duties in a polling 
station during the last federal election. I can tell you people were 
having a lot of problem balancing the ballets in a simple first cross 
the post system. They would need to spend days training people for 
the proposed system. 

Computers may not be the answer when consider the problems 
some of the bank tellers have with their terminals. Ditto with the 
supermarket checkouts. I can picture election results delayed for 
days because of computer problems (human errors).
