I have XP SP2 on my wife's computer and recently it has started with a
notice that the Firewall is not running. When I try to start it I get an
error message that Windows cannot start the Firewall/ICS Service. I've
followed the fixes for the specific error message found in MS KB, but still
no joy. Is there a way to reinstall the Firewall from the CD and possibly
fix whatever is wrong with it?
