Lexar has the Jumpdrive Trio which takes either SD or Sony MS 
cards. It is a wider (almost 2x) and a little longer than a 
dedicated drive like the SanDisk Cruzer.
It has the advantage that you can upgrade to a bigger card and 
still have use of the old one for a Palm / Camera.
Disadvantage is that it is not as durable as the dedicated thumb 
drive. A bad fall onto concrete will break the case. The Sandisk is 
far more rugged and they have a model (Titanium?) designed to take 
serious punishment.
