When I opened the message, I found that Wayne Johnson had written:

That file is located in C:/windows/ServicePackFiles/i386

I have no Windows/INF folder............unless, as you say, it is 
hidden.

Before you said to find "multiM" and edit that line.

That line looks like this after editing:

MultiM=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,multimed.inf,,7

You didn't mean to edit out all of the occurences of "hide" did 
you?

Anyway, with the line, edited as shown above, I rebooted and get 
the same results as before.

Whaddayathink?
