I can't even *FIND* the administrator account!  Probably it only shows up 
in safe mode.  It isn't there on the 'user' applet in the admin tools and 
I can't runas to it..  I do have a password on the admin account and 
if/when I can get to the real administrator account I'll fix it, too..:o)

This messing with XP/Home is a real experience...  I didn't fully 
understand just how bad a job MS did with that -- they really did make 
having reasonable security essentially impossible: basically, they 
managed to take a top-shelf, secure operating system and convert it [as 
far as security is concerned] back into W95 because they made it too 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@$# hard to get things set up.  [as I've said and Tony will 
attest, I'm sure, once you *do* get it set up, it is al really no bother 
at all but *getting* there is an unbelievable hassle on XP/Home]
