Considering that folks using this list are in several countries, including
Australia, Great Britain, India, South Africa, Canada, the USA, ..., you've
opened a "can of worms" here Ken. You and I, being in Canada, will probably
not do anything unless our Government again tries to emulate our southern
neighbours. If that happens, look for service packs.
Hugh - fyi - a half-hour time zone occurs in Newfoundland, Canada. It is
half an hour different from the other times zones in Eastern Canada.
