I can't imagine what in my post lead you to believe that.  But in addtion 
to newfoundland, there are a bunch of strange timezones [includin 1/2 hr
ones] in the mideast.  And I *thought* [vague memory from a trip long 
ago] that there's a 1/2 hr timezone someplace in Australia.
