Exactly how did they restrict you, Wayne?  I read the disclosure, 
but don't know how it is implemented.

Oh yes, DSL is great!  I had it back in Calif.  I'm twenty miles out 
from a one-horse town, so I don't expect DSL anytime in this 
centruy <smile>.  Can't trust WildBlue, either, when they say they 
hope to have it here in Sep.
