Yes, I can do that here in Calcutta, India where my local telephone
provider, BSNL, also acts as the ISP and only charges for the call time.
You set up DUN for a modem, for your telephone number, using the wizard for
the other details provided by them.

BTW, BSNL also provides ADSL broadband.
