Yes I do have the space volume E: has 63 GB free out of the 73 GB total
I did a full backup of Volumes C: and D: so I place those images in a folder on
Volume E: called
E:\Norton Ghost Backup Images under the files it creates C_Drive 001.v2i and
D_Drive 001.v2i
using max compression they average 8 to 12 GB a piece.

I just cop those over to a few DVD+R DL disk at 8.5 GB each wich will amount
to 2 - 3 DVD+R DL disk.

Packet mode is ( in my experience) fairly/very slow compared to normal CD-R
singlesession mode

If you have the space can you write the backup to hard drive, and then
get the backup set written to DVD+/-R media
