Ken psyched himself up a couple of days ago to put service pack 2 on
his computer (XP pro). Since then he has not been able to make the
"Classic Windows" setting stick. Every time he reboots the computer
reverts to the new XP style. This didn't happen before.
With the way you phrase "didn't happen before" I assume that he had
in Classic Windows mode prior to installing Sp2 ?
