I believe that you could look at news-servers - and such threads as
alt.binaries.multimedia... and alt.binaries.vcd
Then there is a.b.hdtv, a.b.hdtv.repost, a.b.dvd, a.b.dvdr,
a.b.dvd.rs, a.b.dvdrcore, a.b.dvd.image & last but not least a.b.tv
so if one has a news server they can download til they're blue in the face.
