Jim-
I have found that uninstalling IE under Windows Components then
rebooting
and reinstalling IE has solved many problems like this in the past.

Subject: Internet Explorer 6.0 Problem
I've been experiencing many problems with IE recently.....file not
found......and other errors which prevent sites from opening.
When I then go to Mozilla with the same URL it opens just fine.
I've cleared cookies and history in IE to no avail.
If I want to continue to use IE, what should I do?
Should I completely DELETE it and all of its trails and then re-
install?
Any help or recommendations will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim
