That reminds me that I once blew twice on a mobo - big mistake, inhaling all
that dust for the second blow! I'm lucky to be alive!
I use a vacuum cleaner now - more fun too - try holding the nozzle near the
cooling fans!

That is clean compared to some of the machines that I have to service !!
Dry dust is easy to blow out. Nicotine laden dust is off limits to me. I
do not attempt to clean those.
