Tony,
Turns out that we had her DNS servers set to 207.128.48.1 and 207.147.80.5. I
had them reset to automatic and now everything works!
I then pinged those two and got no response.
So the success she had with the browser must have been caused by the stuff in
the DNS cache.
Thanks. I learned something! :-)
Hmmm....why wasn't the address of the POP3 server in the DNS cache, I wonder?
