Change Send to Browser

I prefer to use Outlook Express but Mozilla has taken over my send to and I 
can't figure out how to change. All help appreciated.

When I use send to to send a file mozilla pops up and I want OE

CHANGE  WIN-HOME  your_old_address  your_new_address
to:  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Note carefully that both old and new addresses are required.
