Just to refresh everyone, Jerri's original request contained this information:
"I am not sure what has happened, other than changing my email address, but
something came up asking me if I wanted the old one and I said no... ever since
I keep getting this error when I go out to the internet:
iexplore.exe application error "Instruction at 0x629133b1 referenced memory at
0x629133b1" The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program"
Jerri,
Read this: http://ask-leo.com/iexploreexe_has_generated_an_error_now_what.html
You might also try right-clicking on the Internet Explorer desktop icon, select
"Properties", and change your home page to something different, say www.msn.com
or www.mozilla.org . If that works and you can get to Mozilla's site, download
and install Firefox. I use it almost exclusively for web-browsing, and only use
Internet Explorer for Windows updates. :-)
Hope this helps,
Monte
