Reboot, using your bootable floppy. The partition you just created
should now be assigned a "drive letter". That being the case, you can
run the format command from the floppy and direct it at the new
partition. Assuming the new partition was assigned C:
format c:
Once that completes you can run setup.exe from your Windows install CD.
