Will not delete using either method. I tried going to MS Dos prompt, but that doesn't seem to work either. Any more ideas?? It keeps saying it is in use by someone or some program. Jim

Or, boot into safe mode, delete it there. It says that it is in use and cannot be deleted, but it is not, even after a fresh reboot, it does the same thing. How can I delete the file from my machine without using a windows app to do it?
