Malware, trojans & apps starting up that don't need to be such as
some of the useless apps that come preinstalled. I know most peeps
don't do this but the first thing I do is get rid of hidden
partitions & install Windows from scratch. This of course varies from
system to system as some of this needs to be backed up 1st prior to
repartitioning & reinstalling.
