I think not but then this is a MOBO on the cusp of SATA and maybe the brand new 
MOBOs have built in
SATA drivers.

Finally I got XP onto the 30Gb PATA and now its being cloned with Acronis 
truimage 9.  I pulled the
SATA cable off the SATA-0 and stiffed it on the Silicon images SATA RAID 
connector set as Basic.

I wonder if it will boot?
