Think about all those programs you use. Group like types together and
create subdirectories within your start, programs listing for your profile.
For instance, I have a folder for Virus & Spyware program shortcuts. When I
go to all programs, the folder "Virus & Spyware" shows and I can then open
that folder.

Organization is the answer.

Subject: Too Many Programs!

I have so many programs that all four panes of "All Programs" are full.

How can I scroll to get to the ones that are not visible?

Thanks.
