The first or second description.

RoboForm was the one.... Don't work automatically in IE and definitely
needs a kick to wake it up.

You may be against the big names but since Peter Norton's (1986-7) days
I have always trusted Norton or Symantec and they have NEVER let me
down. I read here and there about other anti-virus (viruii?) progs that
stop other things working and systems to crash non of which I have ever
experienced and the auto updates are fast and install perfectly.
