Again, thanks for the input. In your two short responses, I have increased
my knowledge of IM 1000 fold. Thanks for all your insight, opinions and
background knowledge of the major players in the IM market. It gives me a
direction. I didn't realize all the options; voice, video, file transfer; in
addition to just text messages. Lots to think about.
